Subscription refunds
Battle Mic does not offer discretionary refunds or a separate money-back guarantee for membership charges. This does not limit refunds required by law, applicable consumer rights, or any payment-provider terms displayed at checkout. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not automatically refund past charges.
Payment questions
For an incorrect or unauthorized charge, or a refund required by law, contact Wearebattlemic@gmail.com with your purchase email and receipt details. Do not send card numbers. Where Stripe provides transaction-level support, you may also use the support link in your payment receipt. For purchases previously billed by Paddle, the Paddle terms applicable to that purchase still apply.
Contact Battle MicFree trial and cancellation
Serious Battler starts with a two-day free trial, then renews at $8 USD monthly unless canceled. A payment method is required. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the monthly charge. Manage cancellation from profile settings. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund previous charges. After payment, your benefits remain available through the paid period, subject to any refund or reversal. See Terms of Service for subscription terms.
External artist donations
Artist donations open an external payment page and are separate from the BattleMic subscription. They are not collected by Battle Mic and are not covered by this subscription refund policy. Contact the artist or the external payment provider about donation refunds and their applicable terms.
